Where is Pirotan Island Marine?

Pirotan Island is an island located in the Arabian Sea. This island is located near Jamnagar district of Gujarat. This is the only island among the 40 islands where tourists can come and visit. Island gets its name from the Kutchi term “Pir jo Than,” which means “place of Pir.”

Apart from this island, Narara Island is also open to visitors. Pirotan Island is part of the Marine National Park, which covers an area of 3 kilometers.

It’s recommended to arrive one hour before high tide and expect a two-hour journey in both directions.
